1. BIP performance tuning, modify VBKD download:
- download VBELN from SAP-LIKP based on WADAT_IST index
- insert to VBKD_TEMP
- download PLTYP and FKDAT from SAP-VBKD based on VBKD_TEMP-VBELN
- delete existing VBELN from VBKD
- insert from VBKD_TEMP to VBKD
- delete VBKD_TEMP
- 3 last process should run under transaction based query that allows rollback when failed
2. Gate Barrier System reborn:
- make sure all webservices are available and ready
